Only nerds and trackstars will survive the zombie apocalypse, because of their speed, amirite?
by Anonymous12 years ago
Why the fuck is our generation obsessed with zombie apocalypses
by Anonymous12 years ago
Because they are coming
by Anonymous12 years ago
If you build it, they will come.

Last I checked, zombies were fuckin slow.

In the movie, "Zombieland" cardio was the number one rule to survive it.

and double tap. always important.

Umm an obese man with a good hideout and a few machine guns would probably do pretty well.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Machine guns are way too loud, they'd give away your hideout immediately
by Anonymous12 years ago
As long as I have machine guns, I don't care if they know where I am. I'll blow em away before they can get to me.

Well, there's always the problem of running low on ammo, not being able to fire all of them at the same time, having to reload occasionally, and aiming at all of them. And then zombies don't all come from the same direction.
by Anonymous12 years ago
They do if there's only one way into the building. And if possible, I'd switch my guns to semi-auto and use 1 bullet per zombie. Then I can take out 60-80 before reloading.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Well that's true, but its not really very feasible... I mean the only way you can get headshots is if you take time to aim. And I'm guessing zombies might start attacking the building itself to get to you and make the opening wider. Unless you're in some sort of super cool cement bunker with a small opening. But a turret would be good to keep the swarms back and decapitate lots of zombies. If they don't have legs attached, they can barely move. So it would be easier to walk around and just blow their brains out.

Actually, if you could find an alley or something similar with on end fenced or otherwise blocked off, you coul just set up a light machine gun, one that's belt fed, at about head height to make it more likely to hit them in the head. The belt fed nature of the light machine gun would allow you to have all of your ammo loaded into one belt, which would allow you to fire indefinitely. Eventually, you'd have a nice pile of bodies choking up the alley, preventing the zombies from coming through, at which point you can exit the alley throughout the way that was blocked off, using a ladder or fence cutters or whatever.

I think you underestimate zombies.

I think you over-estimate zombies.

I'm confused as to why nerds are fast.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Running away from bullies perhaps?
by Anonymous12 years ago
I think the post is saying "nerds will survive because they're nerds, and they've planned for it. Trackstars will survive because they're fast and can escape easily."
by Anonymous12 years ago
Theres only so many places to run, and how long one can sustain it. But there are going to be billions of Zombies, as only a small percentage of the world population will not become infected. So im willing to bet that nerds and track stars will also be boned.
by Anonymous12 years ago
During a zombie apocalypse I would just go to a gym and put all the treadmills going at 20 mph facing away from all entrances
by Anonymous12 years ago
And nerdy trackstars...?
That's gonna be SHIT for the zombies.
