It DOES piss me off. Sometimes if I repeatedly try making myself as clear as I possibly can, yet the person is either genuinely unable to grasp what I'm saying, or outright refusing to even try to understand it, I'll say, politely as I can, "If you don't understand this, I'm afraid I have nothing more to say to you". However, when a person is completely crap at making what they mean more clear or just doesn't want to admit they made no sense in the first place, it IS irritating when they say "Oh, you just don't get it"
