Sometimes. But, if they're all better than you - smarter, funniest, better looking, etc., it makes you feel like more of a loser that they've accomplished it in less time than you.

Not really, for me at least. Even if they are smart, funny or cute, you'd still have the power of being older. And I feel like everyone younger still kind of looks up to the older people.
