Only if there was some way for me to get satisfaction. Maybe an open marriage, maybe we would figure out a way for him to do it. But if he refused to try and he wouldn't consider my own needs as well as his, I don't think I would want to stay with someone who didn't consider my sexual needs as well as his.

Doesn't that tend to happen in many marriages to some extent when the couples get older? it's possible to stay with that person. if it wasn't, there would be a lot of grandparents getting divorced.

It's posts like these that make me crave a sexual revolution. Where people are actually assertive about their sexual desires, and actually discuss sexual things with each other. I am so sick of all the sex scenes in movies where people just lay down on the bed and do the horizontal naked dance with the lights down and NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING, and it feels so amazing and all that. Sex needs communication. It'll be in the awesome sex-language of moans and one-word sentences, but it's communication and it's important.
