This post clearly says "Its rude to log out of facebook as soon as someone sends you a message just because you dont want to talk to them" NOT "just because your Internet didn't work" or "just because you were busy."

However, this statement likely came about because OP messaged a friend on Facebook and then the friend signed off for whatever reason.
