It always sucks. The teacher tells me I need to bend my knees, but they're flat on the ground. She steps on them to make sure they are down.

Oh, god. I was just doing fitness testing at my school last week, and literally, one of my friends said, "We should just replace the mile with sit and reach." The mile's the worst. The beep test is pretty bad too, though.

I love the mile. (I'm a freak) but I like being able to think for a little while instead of being bombarded with complaints about how hard our workout is.
