+223 Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein, etc. They all were common human babies with no super powers. If they can do they you can too. amirite?

I agree Steve Jobs was a genius, but you can't really compare him to Einstein and Edison.

actually no person can be compared with other; everyone have different challenges :)

You can not put Steve Jobs on the same level as Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein. Nothing he did was anywere near as significant as them.

Heinrich Goebel invented the light bulb, not Edison. Goebel tried selling the idea to Edison, but Edison declined. Soon afterwards, Goebel died and Edison bought the patent. Joseph Swan also made his own light bulb, Edison made him his partner and eventually bought out the patent, meaning that Edison took full credit for the invention he didn't make.

i appreciate your research but such controversy is of no use.

Actually Albert Einstein's brain was larger than the average human's (most notably the region of the brain associated with logic, mathematics, and problem solving) and studies have shown that this actually was a defining factor in his intelligence. So no, he wasn't exactly a common human baby...

Same with Mozart and Beethoven. Some speculate that they might even have had more developed ear drums

well lindsay, such things like he had a big brain or extra ordinary feature is lame. A man can do wonders if he is dedicated :)

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Sure of course, I was just pointing out that maybe Einstein wasn't the best example :P

ok miss lindsay; as you say, i believe you :P :)

Different times, different fields, I would probably compare Jobs and Gates, Einstein was in a class by himself. Edison was good at claiming other peoples work. Tesla was the genius not Edison.
