At first I read this as "If you're punching a pregnancy test..." And then was confused as why you were punching a pregnancy test at the Dollar Store.

Not necessarily, women who want to get pregnant and attempt for months would be likely to buy cheaper tests than a woman who has missed her period and wants to eliminate the possibility. (In my mind anyway)

Actually, the dollar store sells the same ones that Planned Parenthood uses. They are extremely accurate.
