When you stumbled home from a gig at 2 in the morning and got woken up at 7 by neighbors doing roof repairs you'd have posted this too.

My HOA has some rules in place. You can't mow or weedwack between 10PM and 10AM.

i think 10am is a bit much, perhaps maybe 8 30am. I just hate the annoying construction workers who stard drilling etc. at 5am.
