As an older sibling I have the right to the best candy in my sibling's trick-or-treat bags, amirite?
by Anonymous12 years ago
if i was your sibling i would be constructing a shiv right now, before the holiday
by Anonymous12 years ago
I'd say the opposite. Trick or treating is for younger kids anyways, so they ought to get the better candy. Don't ruin the magic for them.
by Anonymous12 years ago
the fuck?
by Anonymous12 years ago
If you went trick-or-treating, you get to keep all the candy you want. If your sibling went trick-or-treating, they can choose whether or not to give you candy.

I get the feeling that a post that said "You are an older sibling" would get a very similar score.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Don't be a douche. I'm the oldest too, but that's just unfair.
by Anonymous12 years ago
You are what's wrong with this world.
by Anonymous12 years ago
haha you're so dramatic anonymous
by Anonymous12 years ago
Bitch please.
by Anonymous12 years ago
I just go to the store and buy my own candy. That way I get what I want.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Why can't you let the little kids have fun?
by Anonymous12 years ago
So you're superior because you got out of your mother's vagina first? How exactly does that make you special? Unless you were forced to take them around all night, canceling your plans and not able to get any candy, then yes, you can have some. But you don't have the right to steal whatever you want from there because you're bigger. That'll bite you in the ass someday. Get over yourself because they get big enough for revenge.

I'm gonna take a guess and say everyone who said no way has an older sibling
by Anonymous12 years ago
Or they think the OP is full of herself and is being an asshole to small children.
by Anonymous12 years ago
But only the small children that are related to them
by Anonymous12 years ago
And that makes it better?
by Anonymous12 years ago
Yes.
by Anonymous12 years ago
I said no way and I am the oldest sibling.
This thread looks like it's all the same person talking to themselves, btw.
by Anonymous12 years ago
I agree, although its not
by Anonymous12 years ago
Or is it?
by Anonymous12 years ago
You want candy? Get your lazy ass out there on Haloween night yourself. "Oh, I'm too old..." then go with your little sibling. It's an excuse, and you can also bring your own bag and trick or treat yourself.
Or you could buy your own candy.
Which ever works for you.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Who are you, the federal government? Do you feel somehow entitled to a candy tax? If so, I hate to remind you, but most stores and people do not accept candy as a form of currency.
by Anonymous12 years ago
They have the right to your crappy candy, but they owe you nothing.
by Anonymous12 years ago
When it comes to Halloween I believe in the golden rule: don't touch my candy and I won't steal yours.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Yup, who took them trick-or-treating all those years?
by Anonymous12 years ago
I'm the oldest sibling and I don't agree with this. Usually we each bring our own bags to fill, at the end of the night we trade for our favorite pieces. BTW my siblings are 11, 19, 20, and I'm 23. The youngest and I went together this year.
by Anonymous12 years ago
You have the right to their candy, but you shouldn't necessarily take it. Make the choice to let them keep their candy. That way, they know you are a merciful older sibling.
