Hard work doesn't always apply to everything. When you're supposed to have surgery, would want somebody that is Einstein smart or soembody that recieved average grades but was a hard worker? amirite?

Just because a person is as smart as Einstein it doesn't mean they know anything about performing surgery.

Einstein had an IQ of 106 and failed many college classes. But in one specific type of thinking and education he happened to do extremely well to the equivalent of a 172 Showing that at least some of his excellence was due to trying very hard at the topic he really enjoyed and dedicated his life to.
