It's kind of hard to do when you can only press the gas at full throttle or not at all.

A car hit me in Gta after I tried doing that... the event that followed happened in a flash of rage as I cruised by clear road conditions and about a 100+ destroyed cars and a genocide of the people of liberty city on the curbs.
