The logic: There is no logic. But, you will remember the commercial afterwards, thinking about Kia and their lack of logic, and then consult your friends, family members, and social sites. They will too be amazed at this so called "lack of logic" that they will take this knowledge and share it as well. One day, the idea of a no logic commercial will end up on the fabulous site of amirite? and even more people will be thinking about Kia. Some may even look up the commercial. Then they see the cars, fall in love, and want the cars. They buy a Kia, Kia makes money. We lose, they win. And we thought there was no logic.

While this is definitely true, I'd say the logic is this-Kia Soul: Unexpected and different from your normal car, but it's definitely going to be the most fun car you've owned. Just like dancing hamsters-different and a little out there, but fun and hip.

I'd say that part just enhances the weirdness of the commercial to get your attention as well as provides for a dramatic shift in mood that will help get the audience to glance at what's going on. Also, the Soul is a futuristic car in a lot of design elements so that's probably what they were going for.

I can respect that. Especially since the "Old Spice" commercial is one of my favorites, and I guess there isn't much more logic there, either.
