You read the post wrong. It's not saying, "You once got stoned in order to understand some of the shows on Adult Swim."

I didn't read it wrong. How would someone know that it requires them to be stoned to understand a show on Adult Swim unless they've tested it?

They wouldn't, they're making a point. It's like saying, "That show is so messed up I swear the creators were stoned". We don't actually know if they were, but we're putting emphasis on how messed up we think the show is. It's the same thing with this post.
