I've spent hours devising ways of getting back at people in preparation for 11th grade next year. For this sort of thing, I'm going to pour water on the hair if she repeatedly does it and won't stop when I ask her. She'l have no idea until she stands up and gets slapped on the ass by her own hair. I'm assuming it's that long if it takes up my whole desk. If not, just some area on her back.
