yeah, but only a few times. I stopped using it because the people who are always on it seem to be a tight group, and I'd feel like a fifth wheel just jumping into their conversations. sometimes they're friendly and let you in, but it still feels kinda awkward, especially since I'm not very well known around here.

Most people on chat aren't very well known outside of chat. I understand the fifth wheel though. I felt like that until I started talking to people.

I felt the same way when I used it. Some members were friendly, others were cliquey. In my experience, anyway.

About a year ago I slowly made my way in, but even after a month of it, I was still met with somewhat of a cold shoulder. And then two of the more well-respected users yelled at me (with good reason, I admit), and I've been too scared to go back ever since.

But Drew is right, you can't make friends if you don't say anything. We might seem intimidating at first but a lot of us are really nice, most of the time that is.

Used to go on, never again. Plus whenever I go on, because of my timezone, there's either no one online or very few people online.
