Imagine if parallel universes existed, but they had to have the exact same people in them to work. Maybe when you die in a parallel universe, instead of dying in this one, you become infertile so you cant have children and make the universes different. Interesting concept, amirite?

OP, you should read the Young Wizard's series. Sounds stupid but there's actually a lot of scientific theory regarding parallel universes. Also they're just good books.
