+137 There should be a device that wakes you up if you're having a bad dream. You'd rather lose a few minutes of sleep in the middle of the night than be upset all day because of your dream, amirite?

I love intense/vivid dreams whether they're good or bad

I haven't had a nightmare in years, so one would almost be a welcome change.

... that sounds awful. It'd be like if my alarm went off early, and I wouldn't remember the dream anyway so I'd be pissed that I lost my precious sleep.

Waking up in the night not only makes you lose a little bit of sleep, but it also disrupts your sleep cycle, and a slight interruption can make you feel tired all day.

I went to college-- feeling tired all day is about par for the course. Even so, I'd rather feel tired than have some of the dreams I've had.

Most of my nightmares help me realize things if I have any current problems I'm facing. So...even though they can be really scary, I'm kind of grateful for them in the end.
