No... we'd have eyes the size of tennis balls; But if we did have tennis balls for eyes, it would be genetically fascinating...

no, "proportionally" (btw, that was spelled wrong. Just caught it) is referring to the size of the eyes in comparison to the head, not the eyes as tennis balls.
