+294 It's a good thing that real doctors don't think the same way that Web MD does. "Doctor, I have a bruise on my—" "It's cancer." amirite?

Leukemia causes easy bruising, and therefore frequent and/or easy bruising could be a sign of cancer. Just sayin'.

Shut up you retarded kangaroo

That doesn't make cancer any less of a serious consideration. Non-accidental injury is also a cause of bruising. Of course, what WebMD lacks is the ability to see and interact with the patient, so its list of differential diagnoses doesn't consider information that you could only gain from being there.

It's a good thing that real doctors exist. If they didn't, the population would have only the Internet and their own general stupidity with which to diagnose and treat their ailments. "Joe, I have hundreds of bruises on my--" "It's fine. Just sleep it off. Here, take some aspirin." **amirite?**

Wait, so having a proper diagnosis is a GOOD thing? Never would've fucking guessed.
