The world would be a better place if countries were not by different boundaries and leaders, but by religions. The Christians could have their own country, and the Hindus, and every other religion. Less wars would happen this way. amirite?

Firstly, there needs to be a clear understanding on each others category. Only then, there can be steps into achieving peace. Regardless of religion, human race must accept the fact about other nationalities and learn to accept eachother as an individual. Each dominion much implement acceptance of other people and promote harmony through education and cross cultural gatherings. Unfortunately, it is within our nature to make our own decisions about who we like or not too fond of just because of the way we look. We can accept that we can make those decision as long as we don't take drastic actions against the person or that specific ethnicity. We should all practice to love and respect each other, only then there can we open a path to a peaceful society. Unfortunately is hard for us as human beings to do that and the teachings has been passed down through our forefathers and religious background. I think all religions promote peace and harmony.
