i think in the past this would be 100 percent true. And these days still true like 80-90% of the time. But with the advent of superstores that supply everything under the sun, it's not TOTALLY unbelievable that people would be just browsing. However, you did say specifically "grocery store" which makes me think first of small-scale stores with just food in them. That makes your post very true. Good one

I sometimes browse, not when I'm grocery shopping, but when I'm like, oh it's lunchtime and I'm hungry but I don't know what I want, oh there's a grocery store, I might go through for a while and see if anything tasty catches my eye or if anything nice is on sale.
