I'm not sure I get it, are you suggesting that your mind thinks independently of what you want it to think? Because I don't really get how that could work. Unless there's a voice in your head that says things to you that you have no control over (I don't think it's healthy to have those). Or are you simply saying that you sometimes think things that you didn't think about before thinking about?

Tourette Syndrome is not about people swearing or saying offensive. It is violent body movements, or small movements such as blinking eyes, shaking head, grunting, whistling, humming, shaking. Tourette Syndrome is made up of vocal and motor tics. I think you need more education about it. go to www.tsa-usa.org/ Just saying
