How is that giving me the benefit of the doubt? That's just assuming I'm an idiot. That's like me saying that I'll give YOU the benefit of the doubt in assuming that you don't know that time passes. And why do you feel the need to argue this pointless point? Lots of studies are done on the same subject.

Lolwut. Rebel giving you the benefit of the doubt was his way of saying he assumed you were smart enough to draw the correction conclusion from the info he stated. The logical conclusion is most people disagree with what you said. He was not calling you an idiot, but if him giving you the benefit of the doubt was wasted, he overestimated your reasoning abilities. Don't get angry over nothing.
