that kid lived near me, what i don't understand is if you are CYBER bullied it is pretty easy to have it stop, seems rediculous to kill oneself over it

More often than not, cyber bullying can carry on to the real world. Besides, why should someone give up their internet because they're being bullied? That's not fair. It should be reported and dealt with, not punishing the victim even more by not allowing them access to the world wide web.
