Yes! He doesn't have that conventional "heartthrob" look. In fact, something about his look is "strange," as OP put it. Nevertheless, I still find him very attractive. To me, his part as Sherlock (the whole intelligent, funny, well-dressed, tall, slim, dark-haired thing) has something to do with it.

This was a constant debate between friends and I, since he's not the "standard" of beauty or handsome or whatever. Blew my mind that they thought that way, because seriously. Those cheekbones and eyes. Gorgeous.
