Had a dream that someone took over my dreams. But for me to explain how I perceived it or why it freaked me out so much is almost impossible to explain.

I used to have this recurring dream that I was under a blue knitted blanket that went on seemingly forever and I would have this feeling that something was chasing me. For some reason it was one of my worst nightmares. After, when I'd wake up from that dream, I'd always have sleep paralysis.
