If who they are sucks, they deserve every bit of criticism until they improve.

I agree that if who they are sucks they deserve it, but I also don't. One of my closest friends thinks that about me because I don't talk much anymore and I don't know what to do and can't tell when she's upset about something or I don't understand something, and she likes to point that out all the time. And I can't really help it. I wasn't made that way.
