Sadly, I have a strict mental idea of what every form of gameplay watching is so I have to disagree... Walkthrough: Something that can take you by the hand and instruct you through levels of the game or the entire game. (sometimes with commentary) Playthrough: The player is doing it for the first time and will most likely play it to the end with the same first time experience you would have (often with commentary) Let's Play: Similar to a playthrough, but commentary is a must. Famous Let's Players are PewDiePie and Chuggaconroy Let's Watch: Rarest of the form, person watches a replay of an old thing and commentates over it, often done by WhiteBoy7thSt Gameplay w/ Commentary: Play random games, may or may not finish them, these are usually the most funny. Done by people such as 4guys1card and GameGrumps. Yeah I usually watch Playthroughs and Let's Plays for that. Or go on twitch.tv and watch someone play it live.

I like to watch for nostalgia's sake, but I don't particularly like commentary; I just like to watch people playing games I used to play. Usually it's a a game I don't own anymore, like Willow or MegaMan on the SNES. I also like to watch because it makes me feel better; growing up with three brothers and being the only girl ensures that you spend a lot of time watching video games. I'm probably the only person who enjoys watching people play video games...

You're not! Though I don't spend a lot of time doing it at all, I sometimes decide I want to watch other people playing games on YouTube because it is a lot faster than getting the console set up and finding myself in a part of the game I particularly enjoy.

I watch some people because they are hilarious. Other than that, I'm not really a fan of watching other people play video games. The exception is people playing Dark Souls. It is satisfying watching newbies get demolished.
