-6 People just can't accept the fact that Miley Cyrus has grown up and isn't Hannah Montana anymore! I love Miley! She isn't a little girl anymore and can do what she likes, amirite?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

hehe That is so true! Miley Cyrus has a new bad girl persona that people should just accept. Seriously, people change. I don't understand why people hate when others change around them .. it's SO ridiculous. Okay, maybe she went overload during her "We Can't Stop" live performance, but in actuality she was just having fun. :-) Everyone needs to chill their grills, ugh. Miley:yummaniactongue

by Anonymous 10 years ago

The main problem I have with Miley Cyrus is her tongue. It's okay for her to grow up, and she can do whatever she wants, but if she wants to stick out her tongue every five seconds, she needs a tongue scraper. It's really gross.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Everyone "gets" that she has grown up, but not everyone (especially mothers of teenage girls) wants their daughter to grow up emulating slutty white trash behavior! And they are not wrong for wanting better for their daughters. Miley should take more pride and dignity in herself than she has been doing lately.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

She's 20 years old, I don't think she needs her parents to raise her anymore

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I wasn't talking about HER...........I was talking about all the young girls still watching and idolizing her!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

She even has a younger sister that looks up to her, let's hope Miley's trashiness doesn't inspire her.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I don't respect the image she puts out. "It's our party, we can do what we want." Honestly, when I hear that I imagine people getting beyond drunk, disregarding all other people and just being jerks because, hey, it's their party, they'll do what they want. Also I think all of her recent songs are horrible. I can accept her growing up, I just think she grew up to be a terrible person. and a gross one.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I really think the tongue sticking out thing is a "druggie" issue. I may be mistaken, but I know tweakers have all sorts of mouth and facial control issues. Maybe there are some young drug experts on here who can help me out.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I also hate that. The tongue stuff is gross.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Scissors anyone? LOL

by Anonymous 10 years ago

But that doesn't necessarily mean that the song means people are getting beyond drunk, disregarding all other people and just being jerks does it? That's just your point of view

by Anonymous 10 years ago

But a whole bunch of them are.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

It's a song/music video.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

So you are telling me she is not on drinking binges and drug binges now? And if someone will do on stage what she did with Robin Thicke, imagine what she will do and is doing OFF stage!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Most things performers do is an act.. They'd be pretty boring if they were all the same

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I can name plenty of performers and actors who do not strip or become slutty to perform or make money.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Did I say that? No, I didn't.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Was she almost nude at the VMA Awards? Yes. Is she nude in the Wrecking Ball video? Yes. So was it all an act, or did she really do those things? I have seen both with my own eyes. If you believe she was acting, then she is definitely acting like a slut. If she did it because it is who and what she has now become, then she still comes off as a slut. But hey, at least she isn't boring huh?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

No she wasn't nude at the VMA awards, she just lacked clothing ;) I was just as shocked as were probably were at that performance, but I don't care what you say, I still love Miley :) Hell yeah, she's not boring! Thank god! Who likes a boring performer?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

It is just my point of view, that's why I'm saying it. It doesn't mean they'll all do that, but it definitely acts as an "O.K.". It's not any kind of image or ideal I would ever promote.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Also voting down every comment that doesn't agree with you, doesn't make you right.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I know, I just disagree with them, that's why I voted down, or whatever it's called

by Anonymous 10 years ago

She's almost barely naked and she's with this 50 year old creepy pedo-man who's taking pictures of her posing in a sexual way. Who the fuck does that? We get it Miley, you're an adult now.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I highly disagree. No, she isn't Hannah Montana anymore, but she was for quite a bit of time. And she had a lot of young girls following her and trying to be like her. When you are in the spotlight and you have young girls looking up to you, you kinda have an obligation to uphold a certain respect for yourself. Miley, shows absolutely no respect for herself or her father & family. Her music videos aren't about the music, its about her body and I seriously get disgusted when I have to see them. They are basically softcore porn. It's disturbing to watch her do the things she is. I mean...if you had a daughter that started idolizing Miley and dressing/acting like her, I guess you would just say "Well, she's growing up...oh well!." Amirite?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Not to mention the way slutty women love to demean the "image" of all women by such behavior and actions. My understanding is that many women don't want to simply be viewed as men's toys or sex objects. And yet, so many of them are willing to bare all for a music video, magazine layout, or stripper pole. I always thought the whole women's movement thing (Women's Liberation and Feminism) was to make a national statement that women were not going to just be a cheap, easy, sleazy lay. Women ought to be rising up everywhere and making it clear that is not what they want or expect. But as long as little girls and teenagers flock out to see her and buy her CD's, she will keep laughing all the way to the bank and living like a rock star.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I don't understand it at all! I refuse to watch tv now because it seems like sex is being used to sell everything...even hot pockets. o_o I have never wanted to be viewed as a piece of meat or toy. The women that allow themselves to be objectified like that are disgraces to the few of us moral women. What really bothers me...is that the music industry actually allows this to happen. And even worse, they promote it! That's more disturbing than anything!! I wish more women would come together and say enough is enough! But, that is highly unlikely...unfortunately. frown Thank you for the reply!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

LOL.....you made a nice pun - "hot pockets" - unintentionally of course! So speaking as a woman, was my observation correct about the Women's Lib and Feminist movements? If so, where are they in all of this and why have their organizations never come out against such things as rap videos?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

IMO, the women's movement was about being treated more fairly...as a human.(IRDK) I have no idea why no one else in the entertainment industry (aside from Sinead O' Connor) hasn't spoken out about the way women are constantly objectified as we are. I don't know where the mothers are of the girls posting on here saying its all cool for Miley to act up the way she is. It seems to me that girls/women have no respect for themselves anymore because no one else respects them.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

You are one of the most balanced women I have heard from in a long long time. Good for you! When women start respecting themselves again, and demanding it from their men, that long lost thing called chivalry and gentlemen just MIGHT re-surface!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

The thing is Miley isn't doing it for sex or thinking she is a sex object, she is proud of the skin she is in and isn't afraid of showing it, people shouldn't be afraid of showing their skin, everybody is the same

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Did it ever occur to you that some people don't want to see her skin? And yes, she is trying to become a sex object/symbol or she would not be going the route of a Madonna, Janet Jackson, Christina A., etc. Some women start their careers being a sex symbol, and that is ALL they were/are known for/as. But nobody will forget Miley being Hannah. That is HER character and she has a history. It will also live on in re-runs forever. And not everyone's skin is the same. Some people have knock out bodies and some don't. Miley is skin and bones.......not very sexy in my book.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

So what if she is skinny, she's happy with her body so leave her be

by Anonymous 10 years ago

And also, so it's okay to walk about the beach in a bikini but not okay for Miley to wear a 2 piece outfit?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Is everyone on the beach equipped with a foam finger and trying to hump all the men around them?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

A beach is a place that is hot so you wear as little as possible and bikini's are designed to undergo water. A small two piece on a regular day is trashy.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

It wasn't a regular day though, it was a performance.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

But how did wearing that enhance her performance in anyway?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

It's a beach dear.....yes it's ok to wear a bikini. Being half naked anywhere else in front of hundreds, maybe thousands of people...not ok. IMO, because I have morals.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Well that's all a matter of opinion, isn't it? Someone finds her sexy. But really, people of all shapes and sizes are now taking pride in their bodies and showing a lot more skin than they used to, so why can't Miley?

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Honestly she can do whatever she wants, but expect people to talk about her. Seriously, what did she expect? Not everyone is cool with our society going the way that it is. Not everyone is cool with being disturbed watching a music video of someone licking a sledge hammer riding a wrecking ball naked. I seriously fear for our society's future...seeing how there are quite a few girls/women on here commenting their opinions that they don't see what Miley is doing wrong at all. wt

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Aww, come on now. There are far more obscene things on TV, in music videos, and available at the click of a mouse on the internet than anything Miley has done. Britney, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Madonna have all appeared virtually naked in their music videos at some point. It's nothing new. If people are offended by it, or don't want their kids exposed to it, all it takes is the flick of the remote control to change the channel.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

And that is why I don't waste my time watching the BS on TV. TV is filth. It's intended to keep everyone distracted and dumbed down. Music videos aren't about the music anymore. Most of them do not portray the correct vision of the song lyrics. It's all just a bunch of bootay shaking hussies, cause that's what everyone wants to see...amiright? Britney has mental issues, Rihanna is her own kind of smutty trash, but is much more respectful to herself. Lady Gaga isn't human. Idk what she is. Madonna, I grew up listening to Madonna, her antics were NOTHING like what Miley is doing. Coned bras is the worst I remember. But then again I never payed that much attention to what everyone else was doing with their lives. I have my own to live. It just sucks that every time I go to a different website this Miley crap is all their talking about. I'm forced know what's going on with her because its every freaking where now.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

We have all heard the term "shock jock" for men like Howard Stern, so what is the opposite term for a female shocker? Seriously - I have never heard it. Maybe we can come up with one.....shock panty, shock girdle, shock bra............oh well, I tried. Maybe others can weigh in. I think she did it intentionally to get the ratings up and the talk buzzing. They are attention "whores," and will do whatever it takes to get, have, and keep it.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Sorry but maybe I grew up listening to Miley? And Madonna has been naked on stage, when she took off that coned bra.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Like that little click makes it all disappear and unavailable. Really? Society is inundated with sexual images. It is impossible to escape it - offended or not.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Yes, you've stated my point exactly. Society is oversaturated with sex and sexual images, which is why Miley Cyrus' recent behavior is simply not a big deal.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

But you said if people did not like it, they could just turn a channel to avoid it. I said they can't. And there are plenty of people who would like other choices other than the saturation of sex programming. Hell, every commercial break, I have to be bombarded with feminine products like gels, creams, pads, and ????? Do women actually not know how to go to a store and find the products they need for their feminine issues? It is an insult of the highest form to shove ANY product or topic down America's throat.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

No, actually I said that a person can turn the channel on Miley Cyrus's video if they didn't like it. Which they definitely can. She is the topic of the argument, after all.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Nice escape route - but if you will re-read the context of our thread, you will see we were talking about women exposing their skin and being slutty in general. We were also talking specifically about how society is inundated with sexual over exposure. Your comment actually had nothing to do with specifically turning off a Miley video. I just re-read your comment above.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I (me, myself, and I) was talking about Miley Cyrus, because that's the topic of the conversation. You and some other commenters got off topic. I did not.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Allow me to quote YOUR above comment that we are addressing then: "Aww, come on now. There are far more obscene things on TV, in music videos, and available at the click of a mouse on the internet than anything Miley has done. Britney, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Madonna have all appeared virtually naked in their music videos at some point. It's nothing new. If people are offended by it, or don't want their kids exposed to it, all it takes is the flick of the remote control to change the channel." Would you please care to tell me WHERE in this comment that you specify Miley ONLY? You use the word "things," you name TV, music videos (plural), and you name 4 other female artists. And we all KNOW that Miley is not the only person on a video channel! She is but one of too many to count or list. Anyway, it is clear where you stand, and that is fine. Hopefully, you will have a daughter one day, and then you can find out what it is really all about. Hell, even Madonna did not let her daughter watch or do the things that she made her own fortune off of! That ought to tell you something.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I don't need to use the word "only" to let you know that I'm talking about the subject of the conversation. I shouldn't have to, anyway. And if I do have a daughter, I will TALK to her about the way she should carry herself and behave as a lady. It's not that hard. You people are acting like the TV has got mind control over your kids and is making them act like what they see on it. It does not. It is YOUR responsibility as a parent to control and monitor your kids. If you can't control your kids, it's your fault. Don't blame Miley Cyrus.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Ha ha ha.........you are losing your mind! You missed the whole damn point. Miley's parents DID raise her right and proper. She is thumbing her nose and ass at daddy right now because she knows he is not happy with her choices. CONTROL kids? Really? I thought children had minds of their own. I thought children could make decisions independent of and without the knowledge of their parents. Our fault? You sure do have a rude awakening coming. I AM a parent, and even if you raise and train them all exactly alike, they are all different and will turn out differently. This is why youngsters like you should not speak of things they know NOTHING about!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Do you know Miley Cyrus personally? Her parents? No. So how can you say that they raised her right? You weren't there and you have no idea how she was raised. And HELL YEAH you should and you MUST control your kids! If not, they'll run wild! Are you seriously telling me that you just let your kids do whatever they want whenever they want? No? Then you are exerting CONTROL over your kids. I believe in the power of a good old fashioned ass-whoopin to correct a lot of these behaviors in kids. I may not have experience raising kids, but I'll tell you how I was raised. When I was a teen, if I had started dressing/acting like the little starlets on TV and in music videos, my mom would've gone to the tree, pulled off a switch, and WHOOPED my black ass. And that's the way it should be. Control your kids, and there will be no problem.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Wow....smh. Rae_Caroline....wtf chick? Are you being serious or just trolling? Your trying to comment about something you obviously know nothing about. I guess you never rebelled against your parents? I was raised in a military household. I am a Navy brat. my father spent 22 years in the Navy and it was very much ingrained in him. The stairs are the ladderwell, the bathroom the head. I even know the old Navy CPO initiation speech of "How long you been in the Navy?" I was raised correctly. I have a very strong relationship with my parents. BUT I still rebelled in my teenager years. I wore clothes I shouldn't have, I did things I shouldn't have because my parents were not around me 24/7! I have a mind of my own. And even though I have very strong morals and know the difference between right and wrong, I still wanted to be as cool as everyone else, and be like the people on TV. Don't sit here and tell me that you can control your kids. You can't control anyone EVER. And if you seriously think that, then you must be a nightmare to date and be around in general. All you can do with your kids is have an influence on them, teach them right from wrong, the importance of morals, and HOPE that they will come out ok with THEIR life choices. I am not going to sit here and spell out everything that needs to be done with raising kids. They are their own person with their own minds. And they are going to have their own experiences in life.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Yeah girlie, I am 100% serious. If your parents didn't let you do whatever you wanted, if they set rules and regulations for you, they controlled you. Period. That's what control means. You are literate, aren't you? Ok. So why don't you pick up a dictionary, or Google the definition of "control", and you'll see that it confirms what I just said. I eagerly await your reply that will undoubtedly attempt to twist, sidestep, or dodge the definition of "control" to keep your weak argument standing. Now on the subject of people speaking about things they know nothing about, Your friend freespeechfreelancer is the only one I see doing that. Commenting on the way someone was raised when you don't know that person personally AT ALL, is quite laughable. How you folks think that a child should be allowed to run its household, rather than having ADULTS in control, is beyond me. I guess that's how Miley Cyruses get made.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

OK... con·trol (kn-trl) tr.v. con·trolled, con·trol·ling, con·trols 1. To exercise authoritative or dominating influence over; direct. See Synonyms at conduct. 2. To adjust to a requirement; regulate: controlled trading on the stock market; controls the flow of water. 3. To hold in restraint; check: struggled to control my temper. 4. To reduce or prevent the spread of: control insects; controlled the fire by dousing it with water. So you're telling me that you're going to control your kids to the point where they aren't allowed to leave the house, watch tv, talk to people, life their lives, where the clothes they want to, have friends....??????????? Cause that's THE ONLY WAY TO TRULY CONTROL YOUR KIDS! Yeah....they're are for sure going to respect you...LMFAO. I had rules and regulations. Time curfew's, not only imposed from my parents...but also the military bases I lived on. I NEVER ONCE said I would let my child run the household. Do not put words in my mouth woman. LMFAO whatever lady. I'm done arguing with you. Good luck raising kids when you have them. Seriously. I hope they respect you as much as you think they will with the way you talk about controlling them. Lol and the funniest thing is that you actually agree with this post....so your kids are undoubtedly going to end up just like Miley Cyrus...because you see nothing wrong with how she lives her life. Have a great life lady...your powder puff girl picture proves your immaturity IMO.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I'm just going to laugh and shake my head at this whole ridiculous conversation. Her whole life is in the limelight. She went to church regularly, and wore a purity ring. That tells me her parents did something right at some point. Hold your small little invaluable point of 'you don't know her personally' you're trying to make close at heart, that's all you have. Enough of her life has been in the media for me to make a well informed opinion of her life. This is my last response. I feel like I'm loosing brain cells trying to argue with you with your ridiculousness and ignorance. Goodbye.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

And see, that's the difference between me and you. You think that taking a kid to church and giving them a purity ring is raising them. Not even close. It takes more to raise a child than just taking them to church on Sundays and giving them a piece of jewelry. That doesn't mean a damn thing if you don't teach them the lessons they need to know for life. It's funny that you think she was raised right, yet you condemn her behavior. It seems to me that if the parents had raised her right, she wouldn't be acting the way she is now. But hey, I know I can't understand your convoluted (IMO) way of thinking. And by the way, for someone that doesn't even like her, you sure seem to be quite the expert on her personal life!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Lol. Yup, just as I expected, you've attempted to twist my words around to try to make your argument viable. I never said I was going to keep my kids in prison. What I've said, from the beginning, was that I believe parents should have control over their kids so that they don't go crazy. And you and I both know that that's true, as you've now conceded. But anywho, yup, I agree with the post, because Miley is her own person, and she can do whatever she wants to do. Has nothing to do with me or mine. If I have kids, I will raise them right, so that they won't wind up like her. I hope you can do the same. Peace. P.S. - * Powerpuff.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Hear hear! Do tell! Down with that! You had the second "toughest" upbringing known to children. First goes to being a PK (preacher's kid), of which I am. Born and raised on the church pew, and expected to BE perfect. No room for error or mishap, because after all, it would make dad look bad. I waited until my senior year to finally take the rebel plunge, but when I did, I hit it hard and fast. I do not agree with everything about the way I was raised, but I got a decent foundation, and that is important. Your comments are well said and taken.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Wow, gone off subject here guysss..

by Anonymous 10 years ago

You are so naive that it is very humorous. But you can't see it, and that is fine. Maybe one day you will, but hard to say. First Paragraph - You don't have to know someone personally to know things ABOUT them. How do you know about her video? Were you at the video shoot hanging with her? Have you ever heard of reading, newspapers, magazines, radio programs, television programs, websites, Facebook, Twitter, ??? We learn lots of things about people by being informed. I don't know everything about her or her family, BUT I do know enough to make the claims and statements I made. If you don't, that is your fault - not mine. Paragraph 2 - Children are to be instructed, guided, and taught - not controlled. The harder you control, the more they reject. They are individuals, not wild animals (even though some may act like it at times). And unless you have had children of your own, and already tried to raise them, you know absolutely nothing about raising and training children. If you are still a child yourself, at best, you have read some things about the subject and observed what your parents have done and are doing with you. I at least speak from experience and first hand knowledge. Paragraph 3 - What Dark Ages are you living in? Have you been sleeping most of your life and just woke up? Are you seriously not aware that "ass whoopin" has all but been outlawed across the entire U.S.??? Parents who try to spank their children in this day and age can actually be sued by the children. If you spank your child in public and someone reports it, you can actually lose your child and face serious charges. If a teacher sees any marks of any kind on a child, they have the right and are instructed to report it, and child protective services can remove the child from the home without the parent even knowing. You can do some simple research to verify and confirm everything I have said. And your last couple of statements sound very much like slavery - and that is a damn shame! We no longer control or own people. We love and respect them, and hopefully show them a better way.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Candii blocked me wary (really?! why get on amirite if you can't handle a good debate?) so I've had to logon from my FB to respond to your comment. Anywho, what I find peculiar is that you are condemning Miley Cyrus's behavior, yet you ardently insist that she was raised right! What a contradiction! That doesn't make a bit of sense to me, and is rather laughable, but like I said, that's your way of thinking. Spanking has been outlawed in a few states, but not many or even most. You are confusing spanking with child abuse. Normal spanking just gets the point across too the kid that what he/she is doing is wrong and should stop. It does not leave any substantial mark. Child abuse is punching, kicking, or physically harming a child in a much more extreme manner. Two totally different things. Keeping your kids in check is slavery now? Really?! LMAO! And if you think I'm naive because I believe it's possible for parents to instill discipline in their kids, well, I think you're pretty naive if you think that a kid was raised right just because you saw her and her parents hugging and kissing in a magazine. The most dysfunctional families can seem the happiest in the public eye. Surely you've got more evidence to support your claim. Let's hear it.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I can't and won't speak for Candii. I do know if someone blocks you, it only affects the interaction between you and them - nobody else. I don't condemn anything - but I highly disagree with certain things and some things are inappropriate (wearing a bikini to church or a 3 piece suit out on the beach would be 2 examples). Many people who are raised and trained right commonly leave their roots and go astray. If you are paying attention to LIFE, you will observe it time and time again. Every person is an individual that is capable of making choices and decisions totally independent of their upbringing. There is NO contradiction at all. I have 4 kids and all were raised the same way. Every single one turned out differently and are not even close in their views or lifestyles. I have a brother and a sister, and we were all 3 raised exactly the same - and yet we all turned out differently. When a person becomes of age, they can do and choose anything they wish. Raising a child "properly" is NO guarantee that they will continue in that pathway once they can decide. Many who were raised in church go on to become atheists, drug addicts, prostitutes, and hard core criminals. The parents are not to blame in such instances. The individual is. And you missed the whole point about spanking. Spanking is viewed by most people in this day and age as ABUSE! Why do you think it is no longer mainstream? Dr. Spock is credited for starting the whole movement, and it is stronger today than ever before. There are activist groups that equate with a swat on the butt with "hitting." Adults laying hands on children has been re-written to mean taking advantage of and even bullying. I am NOT saying I agree with the line of thought, but am just pointing out what I know to be true and in practice in society. I was spanked growing up, and don't think it ruined me. But some parents use it for every offense and use it to vent their anger and rage. I know what proper discipline is and what abuse is. Again, you are talking to a 55 yr. old man here, not a little boy! Please do not assume that I don't know what you are still trying to figure out. Grabbing a switch off of a tree and beating your ass - sounds a lot like slavery and would get your parents in deep doo doo today if known about. You can not tell me that a switch across the legs or back would leave no markings (as you state for proper spanking). I was paddled with a belt or paddle on the butt. My cheeks got red and it stung like crazy - but no bruising or limb severing. Your last paragraph is clueless. You have shown no knowledge base of most of what you say. Your depth of learning is shallow and you still want to argue and insist that you have it all figured out. I can sort of see why someone might block you. If you continue coming back at someone with no substance, then you are either an idiot, or as someone else partly suggested, trolling for attention. Either way, I have demonstrated that you need to get a grip, have a few kids of your own, and then come back to the discussion with your new found knowledge. It is amazing how life itself is one of (if not the) the greatest teachers a person can have.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

A switch accross the legs or back will leave a welt, and maybe even a cut, but no bruises. By that criteria, it's not abuse. You say that my posts have no substance, but you've yet to PROVE me wrong on anything. All you've done thus far is state your opinion. And an opinion is just that, an opinion. You have kids, yes, and I respect that your opinions are supported with experience. But that doesn't mean that what I believe is invalid just because I don't. You'll find many parents that take the same position that I do on this issue. You also did not address the last question - which is why you assume that Miley was raised right, other than what you've seen on TV and in magazines. (Touche on the blocking point. Must've just been my phone acting funny.)

by Anonymous 10 years ago

The ONLY funny acting thing going on is what is between your ears. I have made much more sense than you can handle, and you have been nailed by a female as well. You are free to have any opinion you wish and believe it with all your heart. You are not entitled to re-write life or facts about it. You have so much learning to do it isn't even funny. You obviously grew up in a sheltered bubble, and when and if you get out on your own, you will begin seeing the way things work in the real world. Best of luck. You will need it.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Nahhh son, you and your girlfriend definitely took that L. You have still yet to answer the question, but think that you are in a position to talk smack. Typical. I think it's pretty funny that you can't even see the a**-whoopin' I've put on you. That's fine. I'll enjoy my victory privately. hehe Best of luck to you as well.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Lol, I assure you, you are not blocked. I pick and choose my battles, and dealing with you is not something I am going to do. You are entitled to your opinion, and so am I. And no, that wasn't a debate. Your ignorance of trying to speak of nothing you have first hand experience in was literally dumbing ME down. Its like trying to teach a paraplegic to play kick ball, it just ain't gonna happen. I will say this...one more time though. Lady, you are a freaking idiot if you seriously think that you can control your kids. What the F**K do you think happens when they go to middle school and start getting involved with other people's children that weren't raised correctly?? Maybe an absent parent or they just don't give a s**t. What the F**k do you think happens when your child goes to High School?!?!?!?! Are you going to control their choices when their not with you?! Are you really that freaking clueless....do you seriously not remember what it was like growing up yourself. Rebelling against your parents because you thought you had it all figured out. You don't have a freaking clue lady. You're so far left on the board; you're embarrassing yourself. You can only do so much to instill good morals and values into children. After that, when they can think for their own, all you can do is try to GUIDE them. And I said, "She went to church regularly, and wore a purity ring. That tells me her parents did something right at some point" You said,"You think that taking a kid to church and giving them a purity ring is raising them." That is not WTF I said. I don't believe that is raising them, I said it tells me they did something right at some point. Damn, talking about twisting s**t. And to answer your question about getting on amirite...I got on here to have debates, not argue with mindless, clueless, trolling, uneducated and naive people like you. And I sure as hell didn't come on here to have to teach people about raising kids. wt

Let's recap what I've said, because you seem to have gotten it twisted. What I said was, once more, you can control, menaing instill discipline and strong morals in your child. If you do so, your child will (generally speaking) behave. Where you got all this crap about having your kids locked up and controlling their every move from, I have no idea, because I never once said anything like it. On your point of rebelling? Yes, of course, every kid rebels at some point. But for me, it never got to the point of acting out to extremes, because if I had, I would've gotten my ass whooped. It was never an issue. I honestly don't believe that most kids who come from homes with strong discipline act out in the way Miley has. And let me ask you, do you have kids? Because the only real point you have here is that I don't have kids, and therefore everything I say is invalid. By that logic, if you don't have kids, that would also apply to you. You do have one thing right, though. This is not a debate. This is you trying to revise the perfectly reasonable statements I made into something completely off the wall and ridiculous. That crap is BS and anyone who does it isn't even trying to have a fair debate.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

You said it a little more direct than I did - but we pretty much said the same thing. She is way out of her league. If people want to debate or have serious dialogue, they need to bring their "A" game. Otherwise they embarrass human intellect and knowledge.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I'm 14. And I watch Miley, but I'm not going out and doing the stuff she does on STAGE, a PERFORMANCE.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

No, maybe YOU don't. But there are those who DO, and you are paying Miley and telling her by buying her stuff that you do agree with and think it is cool. If her fan base stopped buying her trash, she would not be able to continue making it. And as I stated in another comment: if she will do all that in a "performance," one can only imagine what she will do and is doing in real life!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Performances are pretty different from real life... And I/fans don't want her to stop, because we enjoy her music

by Anonymous 10 years ago

"if she will do all that in a "performance," one can only imagine what she will do and is doing in real life!" Are you her mother? Do you have a stake in what she's doing in real life? This "discussion" just keeps getting more and more hilarious.

No rehabs. No drug busts. No embarrassing exits out of limousines. No drunken paparazzi pics. Just a well grounded and nicely crafted career by a talented singer/songwriter. Now that's something we need from Miley Cyrus. She's just keeping this little "whore" attitude so she can get money & publicity. We need more of those musicians that I described.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Stop trying to change the subject

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Also Miley isn't even the worst of it!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Miley is pretty bad. She has children looking after her and next thing you know she's talking about taking Molly's? How fucked up is that. Look at all the kids now. Shame on them.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Everyone //knows// Molly is just a good girl friend!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Not in Miley's world........

by Anonymous 10 years ago

People love naming their drugs so they can have a more personal relationship with them. Mary Jane, Brown Sugar.........I have been out of the mainstream drug culture for quite some time, but I have at least heard about Molly. She sounds like one screwed up concoction!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

It is really sad to see her making a complete ass of herself! What next? Shave her head? Maybe have a baby? If she does not get some meat on those bones, she is going to blow away! She looks terribly anorexic. And if she keeps hanging that tongue out, something is going to happen to it.................

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Look at the old guy behind her taking a picture of her.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

LMAO! I missed that...........argh!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

All bodies are different, skinny or fat. It's not as if she IS anorexic! Pretty sure if she was, she wouldn't show off her body because she would think she was fat

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I'm proud of the skin I'm in as well. But not everyone in the world needs to see it. Somewhere along the way us women forgot that we hold something very special. Your body should be your temple. It is only intended for that special person. Not every Tom, Dick and Harry, along with the rest of the world. Women forgot the importance of being reserved. wt

You go girl..........................

by Anonymous 10 years ago

She can't stay a Disney star forever. How does she have no respect for her father and family? They love and support her. Miley isn't the only singer that has been naked in music videos, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Katy Perry and P!nk did it.. Miley's music video has a meaning to it.... > http://data.amirite.net/user_images/526048129f875.jpg

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Her explanation to the music video is just an excuse so she doesn't look as trashy as she is.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Or maybe it is true.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

She's interested in another guy now, it was confirmed by her. She moves on pretty fast......... I'm pretty sure she's over exaggerating the whole truth.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I'm pretty sure she's not

by Anonymous 10 years ago

If she had any respect for her father & family she wouldn't be prancing around half naked singing about doing drugs (cause its so cool you know scn ) And I thought this feed was about Miley, not Lady Gage, Rihanna or anyone else. I have problems with them to. But their MY Opinions. And yeah, her songs/videos have meaning to them...."We like to party Dancing with Molly* Doing whatever we want This is our house This is our rules" Psshhh...smh. wt

by Anonymous 10 years ago

That description is for wrecking ball, not we can't stop, now shhh

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Um....yeah. I know that. I DID Google the song, thank you. Don't tell me to shhh when you obviously don't know wtf you're talking about. Go shhh yourself with that ignorant attitude.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Cat fight????? I want front row seats! LMAO!

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Lol, no...she obviously misread my Psshhh as telling her to Shhhh.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Awwww........I haven't seen a good girl fight in quite some time - LOL

by Anonymous 10 years ago

No, I really didn't, I was telling you to 'shhhhh' with your huge paragraphs

by Anonymous 10 years ago

I'm sorry, but I do know what I'm talking about I just can't really be bothered putting all the effort like you by writing the ridiculously long paragraphs 😂

by Anonymous 10 years ago

More like you lack the intelligence to be able to think up and actually write more than 2 sentences. Its ok though, I'm not bothered with you at all, you lack conversational skills. Good day.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Tbh I don't even care much about this argument, or this website... I think I am capable of writing more than 2 sentences, thank you very much. I do not lack conversational skills either, just would rather not waste my time arguing with you. Good day to you too.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Yes! I totally agree. Is she supposed to be a slave to all the little girls supposedly looking up to her for the rest of her life, and to let that dictate how she lives? No! That's not fair. She's a grown woman, and she has a right to live her life. HOWEVER she sees fit.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

forget the video, wrecking ball is actually a beautiful song ,i like miley2.0

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Yeah, sticking out your tongue and getting naked on camera makes the video twice as better for sure.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

She knows exactly what she's doing and I can't say that I disapprove.

by Anonymous 10 years ago

Rush Limbaugh had a great line today on his radio program. He said that: "The full weight of the evil of Obamacare is going to end up being a wrecking ball so big, not even Miley Cyrus would ride it! Brilliant comment! http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2013/10/25/limbaugh-obamacare-evil-wrecking-ball-so-big-even-miley-cyrus-wouldnt

Ha this post is getting deleted, can't be arsed with it 😂
