First I was going to pick "agree" then I thought, "no, I will pick 'disagree'." Those are the only two choices presented to me. I finally made my choice, I chose not to choose.

Making your possibilities 3 as opposed to what? And you illustrated my point exactly - 2 choices are provided by the site, and you created a choice of your own. So is this really and truly choice, or just choosing from a very select number of options?
