It is weird for the girl to be older than the guy. Amirite?

In Chinese culture, the guy can be about 6 years + older and that is quite normal/average. NEVER the opposite way, guess it's sort of tradition I guess?

Not necessarily "weird", more abnormal. Girls mature faster than guys in general, so if the guy is younger, the difference becomes even more apparent. But, of course, there are exceptions.

A year or two doesn't really make a difference when you're an adult. But when you're still a kid, yeah it's a little weird but not a problem. Of course, if you're talking ten years or more... that's a bit much.

I'm a freshman in highschool and I'm dating a sophmore. Nobody I know, that I know of, thinks its weird. I don't even think you would consider it abnormal.

I'm 6 months older than my boyfriend, no one who knows thinks it's weird. But he's over a foot taller than me so I guess most people just assume he's older?
