Wouldn't say that Paparazzi is Lady Gaga's most famous song by any means.. Anyway, an artists most popular songs are the ones they chose to release as a single, and they would obviously pick the best ones.. But that doesn't mean that the rest of the songs on the album aren't good.

well i get the feeling that if you hate these artists so much, you've never heard all the songs on their albums so i'm pretty sure you can't judge
