Trump probably said to his staff he wanted to pardon him. He likes springing anyone who flatters him and I believe he had some facetime with the Tiger King guy. Here in Illinois our imprisoned former governor had his wife metaphorically fondle Trump's balls and got a pardon. He pardoned a Democrat convicted of trying to sell Obama's senate seat to the highest bidder!! A corrupt Democrat. I'll bet he wanted to pardon the Tiger King.
