You are technically right, but sometimes staying quiet when you see someone being an idiot is the hardest thing in the world in the moment lol.

It's harder to be kind, but it's also easier to live life and be genuinely happy when you are kind. It's like taking out the trash, it's easier not to do it - but your life is overall easier if you do.

It is more work to be kind, yes. But the experience goes better if you are kind.

Yes, I feel the same way. It's so easy to get caught up in the idea that all your opinions (even hurtful opinions) must be communicated, and it's ESPECIALLY easy when you're anonymous on the Internet. However, when you learn to walk away and learn that you don't HAVE to say hurtful things, your mind becomes an easier place to live in.

It's easier to go with flow rather than say how your really feel.

It is better to be sore than silent.

It's easy to fake being kind as an extrovert, but that's about where the easiness ends.

My old boss would say. Pointing out problems is easy. Finding solutions is work. We need to point out problems without destroying energy and hope or we are all screwed.

Not really, it wasn't that taxing. But I can understand why it might be for some people.

Seems to me most people prefer to do what's easiest. If it were easier to be kind, then people would be kind.

Online it's easier to be cruel and critical. It's much easier to be kind when you are face to face with someone.

If your instinct is to respond negatively to everything, you need to take a look at your maturity. Honestly, easiest thing is to just ignore it

It's far EASIER to be nice.

Tolorence. Tolorence and patience are not easy. This is why being kind is more difficult.

You're thinking small. It's easier to be kind in the long run rather than be mean. In the moment, it may be easier to just say no to doing a favor, but later down the line when you need a favor, the amount of people who would come help will dwindle. This is not to say never say no to favors, but if you don't help anybody, why would anyone want to help you when you need it?

You make a valid point. It's often easier for people to express criticism or negativity rather than kindness, especially when they are faced with something they don't like or agree with. IMO, negative emotions like frustration or anger can be more immediate and intense, leading to a quicker and more critical response. Kindness, on the other hand, requires a conscious effort and empathy towards others, even in challenging situations. It may not always be the easiest option in the moment, especially when emotions are running high or when faced with negativity, but it's often the more constructive and beneficial choice in the long run.

Being an asshole is easy, anyone can do it. Being kind takes effort

For me I just hate hurting someone else intentionally. I am an empath and hate unnecessary negative confrontation, I get a sick feeling in my stomach knowing I hurt somebody.
