It was at first. But the more I started doing it, the more comfortable I started to get traveling or exploring alone. I think it was the best decision I have done for myself to be honest.

Couldn't agree more, I actually enjoy doing things by myself more than with others. Some people find it wierd that I'll go out and eat by myself, go to the movies by myself or go to the beach by myself. Thing is, it's my time, legit my time. It is but it does get lonely sometimes not having someone to share the experience. I'm fine with going to the movies alone and eating alone but I would like to have someone to go to concerts and musicals with. I used to have a friend to go with.
