Time and place. If you are staying with family, it's not really appropriate to be moaning and vocalizing loud enough to broadcast it to the entire family. If you are in a shared residence with like roommates, and they have to work the next day or have an early start, it's inconsiderate and disrespectful. If you are hooking up with someone every night or multiple times a week and having loud vocal sex, it can become annoying to those you may live in close proximity to. I understand you have a really traumatic background, which probably makes you say that, but kids should absolutely be taught about sex. Sex is a natural part of life and demonizing and hiding it until a kid turns 18 is not doing them any favors. Kids won't break if you tell them where babies come from. They also should know everything about STDs, consent, birth control etc in their early teenage years so if they choose to have sex they know what they're doing and how to do it safely. No one should ever have to experience what you went through, but it's not in any way comparable to age appropriate sex ED.
