How can a group of stars be stupid? This makes no sense at all.
by Hobart611 week ago
Our ancestors stared up at the stars as a form of entertainment and leisure for thousands of years, having no way of knowing what they were and how they got there. I find it fascinating to look up at them and feel the connection with the past and try to imagine what it could have been like. They were people like you and me, sitting around telling stories, making things up, philosophizing, debating, etc etc. Hell they probably even had star memes!! Fascinating stuff! It's not for everyone I guess, but I love a starry sky and I think everyone could benefit from looking at them more seriously.
believe me i'm a very negative person, if i lived in ancient times i would've said the same thing

Desert navigation used them as well as sea, plus it's fun. What's wrong with fun?

Imagine caring this much about something so trivial.

They are stupid. Stars are used for navigation, but the goofy names and unlikely animals assigned to groups of stars have nothing to do with that. I judge this opinion to be correct.
