The Sentinelese come to mind. There are tribes in places like the Amazon that have not been contacted. Even then, these people have seen outsiders and have had contact with them.

If you live in a developed country, this may be literally impossible. Monoethnic villages tend to be exclusive to places that have not experienced much economic development, and do not participate in trade or tourism.
