Maybe but at what cost? Last time music was this good was when Eminem and MGK had beef, but this feels forced. I lost respect for Kendrick when he invited a fan on stage to sing with him but got mad at her for being a white girl and saying the N word even though she was just singing along. He take Drakes N word pass, but this is just cheesy.

Well. As much as I like him, he's doing a bit too much on the self shoulder padding in that regard. It's like J Cole constantly comparing himself to MLK and his wife to justify his cheating. Because he is SUCH a deep thinker who constantly has to explain the world to hot girls from instagram and ends up cheating. This would be called anecdotal evidence and isn't really used as a defense for anything. Kendrick is a very popular artist. If you don't listen to that genre then you won't know him, similarly there are probably many very famous respected artists, architects, novelists, etc that you don't know of. Saying you've never heard of them does not negate their relevance. My friends and coworkers and people I know very much like Kendrick and Drake. Also where you live and your age are also a huge factor. Simply saying anecdotal evidence doesn't prove your point at all.

OP is minimizing kendrick's allegations down to just a "rap beef", and you seem to be as well. You can not care about the music, but acting as if the allegations being talked about in the track is nothing more than weird stuff you can write off and ignore is strange.
