Binging TV shows sucks and does not do justice to great shows, amirite?

If you don't like binging, then don't binge. What's the problem?

How is watching one episode per week "unpopular"? Until just a few years ago, all TV shows released one episode per week. I don't think people care if you watch one episode per week.

I said binging sucks, that doesn't necessarily mean majority of people binge

Wait... are you saying you don't want to binge? Or are you saying other people shouldn't binge? Obviously dictating other people's lives would be unpopular.

It's called unpopular opinion for a reason

There's no right way to watch a tv show… claiming one way is superior when everyone still finished the show and got those same elements and storylines is silly, yes

So what am I supposed to do when I finish an episode?

Gather into groups of three and have a long discussion about what you've seen and what you think will happen next

The only thing I miss about weekly releases is that it was effectively an in house date night. Making or ordering food, and sitting down to watch a show together once a week. It was almost like going to a movie upon release, except from the comfort of home. With that said I'm actually just super happy so many more stories are being presented in TV format in general. There was a period of time where directors were trying to cram incredibly complex stories into a tow hour movie - but I'd rather sit down for 16 hours straight and watch the entire story.
