I'm 6'3 and feel very blessed. It's tall enough to help people reach stuff at the store but not like daaamn you see slenderman over there?? Also if I were taller I'd have more back problems.

I don't wish to be taller, I do wish I was a baller, but I have a girl and I should call her.

Sure, most of us would like to be on the higher but normal end of the bellcurve. Tall enough but not so tall you can't find shoes/clothes easily, smart enough so you're clever but not so genius level you have a hard time dealing with normal people, etc.

We don't wish to be taller or shorter, we just wish to be 6 9

To me, this is human nature in a nutshell. Good one!

I also wish I was a baller, had a girl who looks good, had a rabbit in a hat with a bat, and a 64 Impala

I'm not super tall I'm 5'10 but I honestly still wish I was like a foot shorter. Being small sounds much cosier than having my legs dangle out of my bed or being taller than the average person in a crowd.

I don't know if OP is high or low, but you should know one thing, things they can't have, they want to have

My height is perfectly fine. It's ill fitting clothes, furniture, cars, and planes that need to change.

I'm 6'0", not super tall, but tall. And I didnt wish I was shorter. I'm fine as it is

I love being a short dude for many reasons, but I know I'm not normal in that. I just think there's so many advantages to it.

I feel like this is more a thing amongst men. As a not particularly tall woman (5' 8"/173cm) I would much rather be shorter.

I have family memebers approaching 7', and they seem to have the same consensus. Being tall is cool, but after about 6'2 or 6'3 then back and leg problems become much more frequent. As well as the world just not being built for people that large. You could build a world ideal for 6'3+ people, but you can't get around the fact that human physiology just doesn't handle being scaled that far. Take care of your back while you're still young, man. All my taller relatives wish that they did.

Minimum door heights everywhere in the US is 6'-8". I'm almost 50 and have never seen a house with or business with shorter doorways.

I live in the deep south. There are some old repurposed buildings around here that were built smaller and I'm paranoid about hitting my head after I got a scar from a nail in the doorframe of a shop. Yeah, 99% of doors are no prob, but I'm still mindful

I am 6'2", other than in basketball sometimes, I am happy at 6'2".

I am 6'1" wish I was more like 5'8 or 9. I would fit so much better into places I want to get in to. Crawling into places at work would be easier. Climbing and fitting into aircraft cockpits would be a better fit. I'd fit better on my motorcycle. To hell that girls think it's sexier or whatever that would help me exactly 0.1% of my days, whereas fitting my motorcycle better? Sign me up.
