Same, there's nothing like a good workout or just taking a nap in the sun and waking up with a good sweat! ~ fun fact a lot of people think that they can sweat out a lot of toxins but that's actually not true 99% of it is just water to cool you down and then the rest of it. Yes, is some toxins our bodies have two organs take care of flushing out toxins ( kidney and liver)
