I'd think that it would be more of a really dark, almost black read that represents something bad, but I think this is more of an everyone-has-a-different-way-of-looking-at-it kind of think.

Umineko no Naku Koro ni. Red Truth. Beatrice can say something in Red, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. Battler is able to get around her Red Truth almost all the time, so it's almost a good thing. And besides; the truth is always better. Red Truth can only be proved wrong by Golden Truth, so it takes away your point completely.
