Why is that annoying? America is lucky that other countries are offering money. America has fucked the world over in more ways than anyone could imagine. Also, they're not ones to hand out money here and there. So many other countries need money, and America, being the minimalists that they are, whatever they can to help, so long as it doesn't inconvenience them. You should brush up on your Politics, kiddo.

Have you actually looked at any type of chart of statistic,or are you just making blind assumptions,the United States is one of the most charitable countries on the face of this planet.People often give too much and end up in debt because of it.Even in the hard times,like now,people still give and give and give.Please get some respect.

America is a wealthy country, but only because it's borrowed alot of it's money from alot of countries. So it's not that they aren't accepting, they've borrowed alot in the past. They'll be oweing heaps.
