They are so predictable and usually really corny. but I grew up watching so many horse movies so I had to vote NW. Anyways, there are some good ones even if the majority suck, like The Black Stallion.

I don't understand how people can think that the only reason other animals exist is for the benefit of humans.

Yeah, we take things as we experience them to be how they exist. Like if I see a tree, then I know it is a tree because I see it. Except there are so many ways the tree exists other than sight that we ignore, like a dog might know it is a tree by the trees scent rather than its image. Everyone and every animal could experience the trees presence in an entirely different way for all we know.

Um, no. Milk, if that is what you are referring to, is a natural liquid that comes from ALL mammals. It is one of the characteristics of being a Mammal for crying out loud. Not just cows. We are already given our own milk naturally from our mothers, as are cows. Cows and other farm mammals are just easier to get milk from, so we use them for our non-breast feeding milks.

Yes, all mammals drink milk (except maybe platypuses, I don't know). However, we are the only species that drinks milk past infancy and the only species that regularly drinks the milk of another species. Even though our bodies have adapted to drink cows milk, it is unnatural.

It feels even worse when you wait until after they have taken two minutes to describe whatever they are selling to tell them you aren't interested.

"Millions of animals are killed every year for class room dissections." vs. 10 Billion killed for America's consumption alone

Yes, I never said dissection was the main or most important issue, but that doesn't mean there is nothing wrong with it.
Also, this isn't realated but I was wrong before, schools are not in all areas required to have alternatives or to not penalize students for opting out.

I believe that schools are required to have an alternative assignment to dissection, as it goes against some peoples beliefs. My school disected worms, starfish, and fetal pigs and I did the alternative virtual dissections instead. While it is true that for actual scientific research or medical training it is necessary to have a live model, it is not necessary for high school students, most of which do not plan on being doctors or scientists. Millions of animals are killed every year for class room dissections.

And pancakes are better.

Sometimes underneath penguins eggs remain cold and lately independant. Frequently, races amoung geese interupt lonely, isolated, solemn, tired, inexperianced, circular eggs. X-rays portraying interesting animals laying inside deliver obviously cool images of underneath sea-birds.

I actually have mixed feelings about this.I guess I think that it should be case by case, with any more dangerous ** offended having to tell their neighborhood(e.g. anyone who has commited multiple rapes, anyone who has commited rapes to strangers...) While some cases, they should not make telling the whole neighborhood mandatory. The reason I think this is because I do not imagine everyone would be very willing to have a offender living in their neighborhood and may even try to make life harder for them with protests and such. While it is understandable for people to feel uneasy, most rapes are not random and are to someone the rapist knows and loves, they just have messed up ways of showing their love or filling their urges. Anyway, like I said I think it should be case by case, and they should be pretty conservative with choosing the cases where they do not make the ** offender tell their neighborhood.

I went to New Orleans once, and everyone called it Orlans. Actually, they sort of say N'Orlans. When people say New Orleens there, like I used to before I went there, it draws attention to how touristy they are.

Yes, good idea. Or a giant vending machine, then everything can be in the front. We won't have to complain about how far back the shampoo is. (y)

Crippled people need to buy other things from the store though. If prescriptions are too far back for them then so is everything else. You might as well say it is not fair how far back the toothpaste is, because it is too far for the crippled.

Oh, I see. The part that bothers me is that only 1% of the population is at the average mark, but I guess it makes sense if the average is taking the mean of all the population which is what average technically is, so.. just don't listen to me. You are right.

The average wouldn't just be whoever is at exactly 50%, you need a box and whisker plot or something. So I think that it would be more likely to be less then 25%. My thinking process feels a bit off though.

Well I'm just saying, the article didn't work, I posted about it, and then someone changed it so that it did work. I honestly am not gonna pretend to care who changed it. I'm just saying, it didn't work until it was edited.
