...did everyone miss the part where Chinese people alone make up a quarter of the world's population? Add that to the populations of the rest of Asia, Africa and South America and whites have definitely been a minority for a LONG time, if not forever.

Yes, but they won't be the minority to another race - all races will become minorities within the next hundred years because the majority will be mixed race.
