Pffft. Lies. Ghetto people move into better neighborhoods in packs (to afford living there) and ruin the neighborhood.

a ghetto is a group of people that live in the same area or neighborhood...so as long as you have close neighbors that live near you,you live in a ghetto

isn't 'ghetto' from the jewish concentration camps from the nazis....so I don't think rich neighborhoods have anything to do with that

thats one meaning for the word but all meaning have to do with groups specifically..ghetto is mistaken for a social or economic class

If by "ghetto", you mean loud, obnoxious, and disrespectful, then no, i still see people in rich neighborhoods act like that.
