+443 You wonder why stars and athletes put themselves in bad situations or do bad things. They have everything they could want... it annoys you that they do that, amirite?

Are you insane? Stars/Athletes are people. Regular people, who just happen to be good (or not so good) at something. They make mistakes just like anyone else does, except when the track star at your high school fucks up and gets piss drunk at a party and sleeps around, nobody cares. Just because your popular doesn't make everything you do absolutely horrible.

You're right... but not totally right. Young athletes look up to them. They need to be good role models.

Idk, I doubt if I was a star that I'd change myself just because a bunch of kids that I don't even know decide that they want to be just like me. They should be themselves not just copy some star they admire. I think it's wrong to ask someone else to change because suddenly everyone knows who they are. Rather than asking them to do so, the kids need to learn to grow up and make their own decisions based on themselves, not some celebrity.

@203564 (quwoosh): THANK YOU. And I know people also look up to me, but that doesn't mean I stop living my life just like everyone else.

You're right. All I'm trying to say is that they should just present themselves better. Take Michael Vick for example... He had so much going for him. So many kids looked up to him and he threw it away with the dog fighting. Just stuff like that. You know what I mean?
