Actually, it was proven the only place you can tickle yourself anytime is the top of your mouth, if you rub your tounge on the roof of your mouth.

Haha, the roof of the mouth thing tickles so bad. I can tickle my own feet too (which is so annoying when it itches), and sometimes my inner arm.
